This is an ideal meet for those athletes that have never competed before and want to learn the skill of competition.

This is an opportunity to network and meet with other athletes, coaches and other weightlifting parents.

• Youth, Junior, Masters, and Open divisions offered!

• Medals will be awarded to the winners (first through third place) for each division.
