Youth & Teens And Everyone In Between are Welcome!
The goal of the Austin Barbell Youth and Teen program is to accommodate young athletes who are interested in advancing their training literacy, developing speed, and strength, and becoming athletically coordinated. Athletes will be instructed by nationally accredited coaches on proper form and mechanics based on the USA Weightlifting (ADM) Athlete Development Model and training framework.
Beyond the weight room, students will learn the foundational principles of human movement, develop training acumen, build confidence, and become proficient in the sport of weightlifting.
