You have the option to put your recurring membership on hold for any reason, and at any time. Hold requests must be submitted at least at least 3 days in advance, before your next scheduled payment’s due date.
Hold requests that are received less than 3 days in advance will not be processed until after your next scheduled payment has been received. When choosing the start date for your membership hold, please keep in mind that the earliest your hold can start is 3 days from the date that this form is submitted.
Austin Barbell Athletes are given three membership holds on an (18 month) training plan, two membership holds on an annual (12 month) training plan, and one membership hold on a (6 month) training plan.
Upon expiration of your membership hold, your recurring membership payments will automatically resume.
Consecutive membership holds or additional membership hold extensions can be requested for a $55.00 fee
