Thank you for your purchase. We hope that you are pleased with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with you purchase for any reason, you may return it back to Austin Barbell for store credit only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with original tags and labels attached. Chinese Weightlifting and ZKC branded equipment is final sale, no returns.
Perishable products are not returnable.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please send an email to info@austinbarbell.com to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address.

Please note you will be responsible for all shipping fees. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method for your returns.
PRODUCT REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days form the receipt of you item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Refunds returned to the same form of payment used, store credit, anything else.
Products Returned Exceeding the Cancellation Period: We cannot accept or issue an RMA for damaged items after (7) days form the receipt of you item.
Events and Seminars are non-refundable, but can be rescheduled for a discretionary in store credit can be issued.
Exceptions
For unused, defective and damaged products, please contact Coach@austinbarbell.com. We will arrange a return and exchange for the defective goods.
Shipping & Packing Costs
For domestic orders Austin Barbell’s preferred shipping method is USPS Flat-Rate. For international orders we leverage USPS Flat-Rate international.

Sale items, events such as seminars, clinics and camps are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
