These straps are ideal for ALL pulling movements, hang-based exercises and can also be used overhead for movements such as the snatch. Unlike nylon pulling straps that burn the wrists after heavy use, this design is made of cotton-based material. These super-soft cotton straps are more comfortable on the wrist and lock into the knurl of the bar.
